What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive skylight adoption by integrating VELUX solutions into builder and architect project specifications
- Identify and engage architects, builders, and key decision-makers in the residential building market
- Deliver presentations that showcase the benefits of skylights in residential design
- Build and maintain relationships within the local builder and architect communities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve messaging efficiency and track project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural/design sales, building product sales, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools
- Excellent communication, consultative sales, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30 days per year
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Chief Architect
- Knowledge of the building/design industry
