What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead business process discovery sessions and document detailed business requirements, user stories, measurement criteria, and acceptance criteria
- Create compelling ROI cases for customers, along with associated KPIs and measurement tactics
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects are designed with the end state in mind
- Document results of projects based on the KPIs established during discovery
- Prepare groomed user stories for development and support during UAT and project rollout
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or related field experience; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a technical consulting role
- Experience in Agile project methodology
- Proven experience in requirement gathering and user story elaboration for large enterprise applications in Salesforce
- Salesforce experience, particularly in CRM and Data Cloud, along with relevant certifications

- Salesforce Business Analyst certification
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification
- Salesforce CRM Administrator certification
- Strong business acumen and technical aptitude with Salesforce.com capabilities
