      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the user experience initiatives on company websites and applications, including agent, insured, and employee portals
      - Define requirements, communicate changes to development staff, and coordinate implementation into the production environment
      - Document business requirements, create use cases, and formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies
      - Manage the execution of test plans and scripts, ensuring solutions meet business needs
      - Facilitate meetings between the employer and vendor software development teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on homeowners insurance in Florida
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS SQL, and Visio
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in homeowners insurance markets outside Florida, such as Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and others
      - Project Management experience with knowledge of project management techniques and tools
      - Familiarity with comparative raters and policy administration systems like Duck Creek
      - Experience with XML or SOAP, and website development using content management systems
      - Proficiency in using JIRA software and Confluence applications
