What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and validate reports and presentations related to dispute metrics and team performance
- Identify, document, and analyze discrepancies within automated data reconciliation and issuer dispute data
- Develop a deep understanding of business rules to improve processes and recommend solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, including presentations to large audiences
- Conduct root cause analysis and articulate results to management and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience analyzing data and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Must be a US Citizen
- Strong analytical capabilities to understand data sets and identify anomalies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools
- Experience in Finance or Health Care
- Familiarity with the Affordable Care Act
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong relationship-building and self-management abilities
