- 5+ years of strong Business Project Management experience
- Experience overseeing/managing regulatory reporting from a project management perspective
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, including claims, insurance, medical groups, or hospital delivery systems.
- Jira expertise (power user level, including story creation and team workflow management).
- Communication and coordination skills with senior stakeholders (VP/director level).
- Basic data extraction and analysis skills
- Data warehouse or any experience working in big databases for data
- Previous Healthcare experience
- PMP or process re-engineering certificate
- SQL
