      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary resource for product knowledge, delivering training sessions to sales teams and dealer networks
      - Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase features and competitive advantages
      - Partner with dealers to drive customer engagement and strengthen market presence within the assigned territory
      - Collaborate with the sales organization to identify opportunities and assist in closing deals
      - Participate in field visits, trade shows, and promotional events to represent the brand and support commercial execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of sales and/or service experience in the construction or off-road equipment industry
      - At least three (3) years of experience supporting dealers, customers, and end users
      - Demonstrated field experience with small, medium, and large dealer networks
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

      - Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create and present territory analysis
      - Excellent verbal, written, and e-communication skills
      - Proven initiative in starting and maintaining projects with minimal supervision

      - Ability to apply business concepts and tools to tactical and strategic initiatives
