      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities through book of business reviews
      - Assist in business development and communications with sales teams
      - Stay updated on technology trends in the respective practice area and maintain relevant certifications
      - Create and present technical training to sales organizations
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for pre-sales questions related to assigned products

      - Relevant technical certifications in the technology practice area
      - Familiarity with cloud solutions and IT support services
