      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
      - Integrate Power BI solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems, ensuring data security and compliance
      - Conduct thorough testing of Power BI solutions and provide post-deployment support
      - Manage Power BI administration tasks, including user access, roles, and security, while designing and developing dashboards and reports
      - Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, report performance, and data quality issues, staying current with Power BI updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development and Power BI Service Admin experience
      - 5+ years of experience developing and optimizing DAX calculations for scalable Power BI reporting
      - Understanding of Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and Dataverse
      - Experience with programming languages such as T-SQL, Python, or R
      - Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and application lifecycle management principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience designing and developing data warehouse solutions
      - Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts
