What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with sponsors and users to define project scope and gather requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and strategies based on project specifications
- Facilitate integrated testing of business solutions and coordinate validation sessions
- Manage and track defects while ensuring compliance with testing documentation standards
- Analyze business problems and propose automated solutions and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of five years of related experience in testing and business requirement gathering
- Proven ability to analyze and gather requirements effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in creating test cases, test scripts, and managing testing processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SQL Server and higher education systems
- Experience with Modern Campus or similar registration platforms
- Familiarity with student information systems and microcredentialing platforms
- Understanding of Agile methodology and software development life cycle
- Experience with data visualization and project management tools like JIRA
