      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the gathering of business and functional requirements for the development of programs and initiatives
      - Test and pilot new product integration requests for property management software
      - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to track technology trends and customer requests
      - Conduct detailed needs assessments and communicate with business leaders to propose solutions
      - Manage and document the status of integrations and implementations related to property management software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Yardi experience required
      - High degree of proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
      - Experience in project management, with a certification preferred
      - Knowledge of property management software integrations, including RealPage and Entrata
      - Experience designing statistically valid experiments to test hypotheses

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Asana for project management
      - Interest in agile product development and design thinking
      - Previous experience in a real estate or property management environment
