      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain software licenses, user access, and installation of CAD software updates
      - Provide Tier 1-2 support for CAD tools and troubleshoot integration issues
      - Execute updates to design system databases and ensure data accuracy
      - Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for design and engineering teams
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong Excel skills and understanding of database fundamentals
      - Basic knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
      - Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and support end users
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
      - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in CAD administration or technical support roles
      - Familiarity with data conversion or migration efforts for CAD tools
      - Knowledge of CAD standards and data quality requirements
      - Previous experience creating user guides and training documentation
      - Participation in user feedback sessions for process improvements
