      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote monitoring services to support patients during their home-exercise therapy program
      - Direct users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through the technology platform
      - Offer ongoing feedback to evaluating clinicians regarding patient progress
      - Maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
      - Organize and manage a caseload efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
      - Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
      - Active California PTA license
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
      - Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage various types of users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus
      - Strong relationship-building and listening skills
      - Passion for health and wellness and eagerness to make an impact at a growing company
