What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately handle inbound calls while adhering to established service level agreements
- Understand the needs of patients or clinicians and contact the appropriate physician
- Utilize multiple software systems to resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Document caller information and navigate scripts with active listening skills
- Escalate issues as necessary and maintain confidentiality of account information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
