- Schedule appointments and electronically transmit messages to the clinical team
- Answer questions regarding medication refills and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate proficient data entry skills and knowledge of insurance billing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Associate's Degree
- Experience in a call center or busy phone system
- Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
