      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, direct, coordinate, and execute sales and technical support for home accessibility products to Canadian dealers
      - Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually, educating customers on product lines and marketing programs
      - Solve product problems promptly and effectively for customers
      - Provide phone and email support for installation, service, and product inquiries
      - Assist in the development and review of technical documents and training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years in a sales role, preferably with electrical and mechanical products
      - Associate degree or trade certification in a technical field, or 4+ years of relevant experience
      - Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
      - Proficiency with digital tools, including webinars and the Google platform
      - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluent in both English and French
      - Strong understanding of stairlifts, vertical platform lifts, or elevator systems
      - Ability to read and interpret schematics
      - Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple issues effectively
