What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to Human Resources inquiries and patient care requests
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, as indicated by call reviews and surveys
- Conduct status reviews and ensure compliance with service delivery for caregivers
- Address and resolve questions or complaints efficiently while meeting internal service level agreements
- Engage with patients and caregivers professionally through various communication channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to commute to the Las Vegas, NV office 2-3 times a week
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or contact center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening
- Proficiency in using CRMs or Workforce Technology, such as Salesforce, Medflyt, and Verint
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively to meet targets and metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare call center or contact center environment
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
- Experience in an HR service center
- Previous healthcare or startup experience
