      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the owning adjuster when injury exposure is identified, managing claims with a settlement limit of up to $25,000
      - Handle simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability cases involving injury
      - Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
      - Make coverage determinations and communicate effectively with customers regarding their claims
      - Manage productivity by seeking claim assignments through designated queues in the claims system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
      - 2-3 years of claims experience
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
      - Proficient oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
      - Ability to work independently and manage communications effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 1-3 years of casualty experience
      - Bilingual skills
      - Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups or volunteering
      - Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings
