      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake and ensure accurate claim setup and documentation
      - Review and process expense invoice payments according to internal procedures and claim guidelines
      - Manage and maintain bulk spreadsheets for claim routing and adjuster allocation
      - Provide operational support to adjusters with various administrative tasks related to claims
      - Handle customer inquiries and escalations via email, ensuring timely and professional communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
      - Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
      - Willingness to obtain an adjuster license after hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Claims experience preferred but not required
