What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide medium- to high-level support and expertise related to systems configuration, research and analysis, and policy implementation
- Assist in the analysis of business procedures and conduct related research
- Deliver core systems technology training and subject matter expertise to staff
- Support the Application Analyst IV - Core Systems and Application Services leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of claims systems configuration experience, or a Master's degree with three years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managed healthcare environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field
- Experience related to training staff in claims systems configuration
- Strong understanding of benefit build and contract configuration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HSP Conduent and DSNP
- Knowledge of software product lifecycle management and technical implementation processes
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Understanding of the Medicaid Program and medical terminology
- Proficiency in research, analysis, and reporting methods
