  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own the onboarding process from client sign-up through completion, managing timelines and removing blockers
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, translating complex concepts into actionable explanations
  - Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely handoffs
  - Analyze complex transaction datasets to ensure accurate data setup and categorization for tax purposes
  - Continuously seek ways to improve the onboarding experience and internal workflows
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 1-2 years of experience in project management, accounting, sales tax, or research
  - Proven experience managing projects or processes with multiple moving parts and deadlines
  - Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with complex, data-heavy spreadsheets
  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Sales tax experience or education is a plus but not required; willingness to learn deeply is essential
  - Experience receiving positive references from past supervisors
  - Comfort in handling messy problems and new challenges proactively
