      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat communications with clients
      - Assist clients with hiring, performance management, and compliance using BambooHR products
      - Engage in upselling and customer retention activities to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Stay updated on new features and products to maximize client value
      - Work independently while collaborating with a team of Client Service Specialists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience
      - Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer care and exceed client expectations
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients and co-workers
      - Ability to articulate and explain complex problems in a clear and simple way
      - Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a metric-oriented environment and consistently achieving goals
      - Passion for leveraging AI and technology in HR solutions
      - Ability to type 40+ words per minute in written communication
