      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage strategic healthcare customers, developing account plans with goals, risks, and growth strategies
      - Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, running executive business reviews
      - Drive onboarding processes and ensure adoption targets and value realization are met
      - Lead cross-functional teams to support positive program outcomes and proactively identify risks
      - Maintain Salesforce for accurate tracking and reporting of account and program performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting with experience in large healthcare accounts
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH or relevant graduate degree preferred
      - Deep familiarity with healthcare operations and change management in regulated environments
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships
      - Analytical skills to translate utilization and outcomes data into credible ROI narratives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in digital health and/or behavioral health
      - Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., Looker) and CRM/CS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
