What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for real estate agents exploring commission advances
- Guide clients through the application and onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation
- Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy, identifying potential blockers
- Follow up with agents who started but have not completed their applications
- Maintain high inbound response speed while delivering exceptional client experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in client success, sales, operations management, or account management
- Working knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
