What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and effective support to address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve client issues to maintain satisfaction and minimize disruption.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and analyses of client accounts to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing client business performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service offerings.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of direct customer service or account management experience
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with account management in B2B and/or B2C environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing tools
- Ability to lead and manage various aspects of the sales process, from retaining to renewing clients
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide analysis and reporting of work output
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a motivation to improve customer retention
