What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver the employer's InTegrity framework for EHR and related technologies
- Drive adoption of new technologies through program management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes
- Support the implementation of new and modified EHR systems
- Develop testing scenarios that align with client-approved workflows and designs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8 years of related experience in healthcare IT
- Bachelor's degree required; or 12+ years of related experience can be substituted for a degree
- Expertise in Oracle Health (Cerner) with a focus on inpatient pharmacy workflows
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a government clearance of at least a public trust
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical matters to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consulting experience presenting to large groups or key stakeholders
- Experience working with federal government clients
