What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation submitted by associate therapists for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Conduct regular audits of documentation quality and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical supervisors to address documentation quality issues
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on documentation quality and compliance levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in New York and hold an active LMHC-D, LCSW, or LMFT-D license
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Previous experience in behavioral health or therapy documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Willingness to become licensed in additional states served by the employer
