      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate recruitment of patients for neurological studies and maintain necessary consents and documentation
      - Ensure compliance with study protocols and Institutional Review Board (IRB) approvals
      - Provide light clinical and administrative support related to research activities
      - Accurately follow study protocol guidelines and document findings
      - Identify potential issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts in research processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent experience (four years of related education/experience will be considered)
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, laboratory, or clinical research
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail for timely paperwork and data entry
      - Ability to identify potential problems and suggest solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Six years of combined education and experience, including two years of post high school education
      - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
      - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
      - Additional training related to healthcare, laboratory, or clinical research
