What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with country operations teams to identify, select, and activate clinical trial sites according to project needs
- Perform Site Qualification Visits to assess the eligibility of sites for participation in clinical studies
- Maintain precise documentation and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory standards
- Act as the main point of contact for sites, study teams, and external stakeholders throughout the start-up process
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to site selection and start-up timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a B.S., R.N., or equivalent degree, preferably in Biological Sciences
- Located in Texas, near a major airport
- 2-3 years of experience in monitoring pharmaceutical industry clinical trials
- 1-3 years of experience monitoring cross-therapeutic area clinical trials
- In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and local regulatory requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of several therapeutic areas
- Analytical/risk-based monitoring experience
- Ability to actively drive patient recruitment strategies at assigned sites
- Strong communication and influencing skills for effective site management
- Experience with various systems and databases (e.g., CTMS, EDC, eTMF)
