What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule logistics, determine workflows, and secure resources for clinical research trials
- Manage supply and equipment inventory levels, ensuring resource needs are met
- Collect, prepare, process, and submit participant data and samples according to research protocols
- Recruit, screen, and enroll trial participants, providing information and support under supervision
- Serve as the initial point of contact for research participants and clinical staff, ensuring adherence to research protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of clinical trials work, with experience in reviewing electronic health records
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting or scheduling patients in a hospital or research setting
- Must possess a valid US Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus in biology or scientific study preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a research environment or with clinical trials
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic medical assessments after completing required training/certification
