What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee clinical monitoring activities and manage the CRA team's performance to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations
- Allocate CRA resources and assess workload to meet study deliverables while maintaining quality monitoring
- Review monitoring quality and resolve compliance issues, supporting study/site milestone delivery
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding for new team members, ensuring alignment with team objectives and culture
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO field
- At least 2 years of people management or project management experience in clinical research
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- Thorough understanding of the drug development process and expert knowledge of international standards (ICH GCP)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with demonstrated team leadership experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is preferred
- Experience in Oncology is highly recommended
- Advanced degrees in relevant fields are preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
- Ability to adapt to business travel as required
