What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors
- Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians focused on professional growth
- Deliver meaningful parent training and support
- Engage in hands-on client care while shaping future ABA professionals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and collaboration
- Commitment to making a positive impact on clients and families
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within behavioral health
- Familiarity with evidence-based ABA practices
- Experience in developing treatment plans and conducting parent training
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
