      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain medical records documentation needed for coding from partner facilities using EMR systems and communication methods
      - Run detailed reports from charge capture/coding platforms for KPI monitoring
      - Communicate with external facility staff and internal team members professionally
      - Assist with maintenance of team playbooks (SOP/Pathways) and data worksheets for coding reviews
      - Monitor and track clinician responses to documentation deficiencies and provide feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate or equivalent
      - CPC-A certificate or CPC with limited experience in anesthesia
      - Basic understanding of documentation guidelines and coding principles
      - Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner
      - Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a medical records department or medical clerical experience
      - Ability to type 50 words per minute
      - Familiarity with coding guidelines and documentation standards
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
