      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consistently meet or exceed established productivity benchmarks
      - Adhere to departmental coding policies and applicable government regulations
      - Manage time and workload effectively to meet productivity and accuracy standards
      - Complete coding assignments accurately and efficiently within established timeframes
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure coding is completed promptly after patient discharge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic coding knowledge
      - Knowledge of specific coding guidelines and Coding Clinic guidelines
      - Minimum score of 75% on coding test during the interview process
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Cerner, Epic, and 3M Encoder
      - Registered as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or certification as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of outpatient coding experience, preferably in an emergency room setting
