      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with builders, developers, and general contractors within the assigned territory

      - Manage a portfolio of builder accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
      - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant industry experience
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the building industry, focusing on regional custom home builders and commercial projects
      - Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics specific to the builder segment
      - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with builder partners
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement

      - Experience in new business development within the construction or building materials industry
