      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales plans to build and manage a client portfolio in the automotive industry
      - Foster relationships with businesses operating in automotive, including dealerships and repair services
      - Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets
      - Collaborate with the Regional Vice President for ongoing support and guidance
      - Track and report on sales performance and market trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three to five years of successful outside sales experience
      - Proven track record in business-to-business sales, marketing, or territory management
      - Strong communication and negotiation skills
      - Ability to demonstrate tenacity and drive in achieving sales goals
      - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the automotive industry or with automotive-related clients
      - Familiarity with insurance products and services
      - Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
      - Ability to work independently while also being a team player
      - Previous experience with sales planning and execution strategies
