      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial architects and designers within the assigned territory
      - Plan and schedule sales calls to influence specifications and drive sales
      - Collaborate with Market Reps to close active projects and provide product samples
      - Present product knowledge and educate clients on the brand's value, quality, and differentiators
      - Maintain accurate customer and project information in Salesforce and project tracker

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably within the architectural and design field
      - Strong business knowledge and financial acumen
      - Proven track record of being customer-focused with a professional demeanor
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites, with preference for experience in Concur and Salesforce
