What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business account relationships with referral bank partners
- Conduct outside B2B sales to prospective business clients using a consultative sales approach
- Maintain strong relationships with bank partner teams and meet with clients to sell non-cash payment solutions
- Manage all phases of the sales process from referral through implementation
- Analyze clients' payment structures and develop customized solutions to meet their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of Corporate/Commercial Sales Experience
- Five to eight years of relevant sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical sales or banking/financial services sales background
- Proven track record of sales success working with C-suite executives
- Strong consultative sales and negotiating skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
