What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for low touch commercial clients, managing post-sale operations at auction locations and online platforms
- Facilitate effective communication and relationship management among internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring timely processing of sales and payments
- Conduct audits to ensure fee accuracy and maintain documentation for electronic vehicle jackets and sale files
- Educate clients on various services and products offered by the employer, enhancing their understanding of available resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field or 5 years of experience in a related field
- Prior clerical or administrative experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
- Ability to operate office equipment, including adding machines, copiers, and fax machines
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods

- 1 to 3 years of clerical or administrative experience in the automotive industry
