What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote monitoring services to support patients in their home-exercise therapy program
- Direct users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via the technology platform
- Offer ongoing feedback to clinicians on patient progress outside of the clinic
- Maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
- Organize and manage a caseload efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active PTA license in CO, WA, or OR
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus
- Tech-savvy with access to a newer model laptop and smartphone
- Demonstrated patient focus and passion for user experience
- Ability to influence change and foster enthusiasm in the workplace
- Eager to make an impact in a startup addressing significant health challenges
