What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Project manage rollout for high-impact initiatives, including timelines, stakeholder lists, and readiness checklists
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and subject matter experts across Compliance Operations
- Track actions, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain change communications and associated training schedules
- Run training operations end-to-end, including scheduling and logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in training coordination, enablement operations, program support/PMO, or an operations role in a regulated environment
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality results
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and strong internal networking skills
- Familiarity with financial crime domains such as KYC, sanctions, and investigations
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting training design and delivery, including drafting learner-friendly materials
- Understanding of stablecoins, digital currency, and blockchain technology
- Comfort using approved AI tools to enhance workflows
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
