What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with contractual provisions and applicable state and federal laws
- Serve as a compliance resource for day-to-day processes
- Analyze and determine the best course of action for various inquiries and problems
- Act as the primary contact for initiating and coordinating compliance projects
- Conduct periodic assessments and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of compliance or regulatory experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of business operations related to managed care preferred
