  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
  - Utilize various sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline
  - Pre-screen candidates and recommend suitable individuals to hiring managers
  - Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling and travel arrangements
  - Maintain accurate recruitment activity records within the applicant tracking system
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency and corporate settings
  - Experience in the Energy, Engineering, Industrial, and/or Construction sectors
  - Proven ability to recruit for a range of business functions and technical positions
  - Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment activities
  - Strong knowledge of EEO, AA, and OFCCP compliance regulations
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Technical knowledge of the Energy and Engineering sectors
  - Experience in recruiting for hard-to-fill technical positions
  - Familiarity with advanced sourcing methods and platforms
