      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries and resolving customer problems
      - Research and resolve issues related to fraud support and internet operations
      - Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to address complex customer or technology issues
      - Process customer inquiries utilizing multiple systems to provide accurate account information
      - Present options to customers to enhance their banking experience and address their financial needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience and 18 months of prior customer service or related experience
      - Completion of specialized skill training
      - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
      - Good communication skills, including speaking clearly and accurately with a pleasant tone
