What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level customer service by addressing telephone or email inquiries and resolving issues
- Obtain thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to solve complex issues
- Process customer inquiries and provide accurate account information using multiple systems
- Demonstrate genuine interest in customer needs and present convenient banking options
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of contact center customer service experience and 18 months of related experience
- Successful completion of specialized skill training
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Strong communication skills, including clarity and pleasant tone when interacting with customers

- Experience interacting positively with dissatisfied customers
- Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer navigation
