      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist network providers with contractual issues and act as a trainer/educator on CoxHealth Network contracts
      - Analyze and communicate contractual terms and requirements to providers
      - Perform initial and recredentialing on-site reviews and chart audits as needed
      - Organize and host meetings to address provider concerns and deliver policy changes
      - Maintain contacts and provide educational information to a network impacting over 3,000 providers/facilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - 3-5 years of experience in a provider office, healthcare billing, healthcare insurance, and/or the managed care industry
      - In-depth knowledge of managed care plans and CoxHealth contracts
      - Ability to understand complex multi-provider payor contract agreements and compliance standards
      - Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Previous experience in provider relations and/or physician office management
