What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the corporate focal point for subsidiary companies and manage corporate governance documentation
- Support insider-trading compliance processes and assist with Board and Committee materials preparation
- Manage relationships with stock transfer agents and respond to shareholder inquiries
- Oversee registered agent relationships and ensure compliance with annual filings
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance efficiency within the legal team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance, subsidiary management, or stockholder-related functions
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate governance records
- Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Legal and Finance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with compliance processes related to insider trading and corporate governance
- Familiarity with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) filings
- Previous experience in managing stockholder relations and corporate secretarial functions
