What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform product fulfillment and oversee all job duties within the Wood Furniture shop
- Direct the work of Persons in our Care in materials receiving, furniture production, and packaging
- Collaborate with office administration, sales staff, vendors, and quality control
- Manage inventories, production costs, and shop health and safety
- Utilize Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience leading and overseeing the work of others, including training and mentoring
- Proficient in handling distribution and inventory tasks
- Experience performing production work in a manufacturing or production facility
- Strong customer service skills, including issue resolution and communication
- Familiarity with computer applications such as ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office Suite
