      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage client onboarding processes and provide training on the use of the self-serve creative automation product
      - Develop and document educational tools, including written guides and mini-video tutorials
      - Collaborate with developers and producers to enhance the product offerings
      - Support customers with account management and problem-solving to ensure satisfaction
      - Maintain organization and present information in a clear, step-by-step manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in HTML5 ad design, production, or product management of a design platform
      - At least 3 years of technical writing and content development experience with SaaS self-serve tools
      - Proven experience in customer support, training, and onboarding
      - Strong proficiency in Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop), Figma, Sketch, or Google Web Designer
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with front-end responsive web app product management, design, and development
      - Familiarity with ad operations and trafficking ads
