      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage credit risk decision strategies using data-driven insights across the customer lifecycle
      - Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on credit risk trends, collaborating with Operations and other teams to implement solutions
      - Continuously monitor credit and collections performance and implement controls to address potential risks
      - Partner with various teams to evaluate new data sources and enhance customer experience journeys
      - Collaborate with internal governance teams and external regulators to ensure compliance and control

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data and Analytics, with at least 3 years in Credit or Fraud risk analytics
      - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in using Big Data, Python/SQL, and data visualization tools
      - Excellent communication skills to convey complex data issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

      - Experience in the payments industry
      - Leadership qualities that encourage collaboration and initiative prioritization
      - Familiarity with risk decision engines and payment technology
      - Willingness to continuously learn and build technical skills
