What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to credit disputes via E-Oscar using Automated Consumer Dispute Verifications (ACDVs) and submit credit corrections using Automated Universal Data (AUD) forms
- Evaluate the validity of credit reporting disputes and determine necessary corrections, updating loan records accordingly
- Accurately document findings and code disputes in the loan servicing system
- Report dispute trends and findings to management and relevant stakeholders
- Conduct detailed research and collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and ensure accurate reporting

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
